What Fancy It is

Fancy It is a booking tool. A business creates a page, lists services and times, and customers book and pay through that page. Fancy It is not the business. The service you book is provided by the business named on the page.

For customers

• Your contract for the service is with the business, not with Fancy It.
• Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of the business. The business is the merchant of record.
• Cancellation and refund rules are set by the business and shown on their page before you pay.
• If you save a card without paying, the business may charge the stated no-show fee if you do not attend.
• Disputes about the service, refunds, or fees are between you and the business. Fancy It can help you contact them.

For businesses

• You must be entitled to take bookings and payments for the services you list.
• You are responsible for your prices, availability, policies, and for delivering the service.
• Fancy It charges a platform fee on each paid booking, shown on your Payments page. Stripe charges its own fees.
• Chargebacks and disputes on your payments are handled through your Stripe account.
• You must not list services that Stripe prohibits or that are unlawful.
• We may suspend a page that breaks these terms or receives repeated complaints.

Availability

We aim to keep Fancy It running but do not guarantee it. If the service is down, bookings may not go through. We are not liable for lost bookings or income beyond the fees you paid us in the previous month.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the dashboard at least 14 days ahead.
